In
the olden days, Africans would wage war on their enemies and neighbours
to defend and establish their territories.
There is a village which had been oppressed by its neighbour for years
and they were desperate to defend their terrain, but nobody was bold enough
to fight the war, only for this young boy to take the courage all alone
to fight and eventually win back the pride of his village and honour for
himself.
This act of bravery earned this young man the name JAGUNLABI
- A warrior is born; We gave birth
to a warrior
In
this modern day, majority of Africans live below poverty level where we
have the so called "Elites" acquiring so much wealth and position
for themselves, which has made the difference between the rich and the
poor so huge. For the good future of the continent, we need people like
Jagunlabi who is brave enough to lead
and govern the continent properly and stop the attitude of 'the rich
getting richer and the poor getting poorer', that is ravaging our
society.
