In just two years Adenike and Toyin Oshinibosi have taken their couture creations from working for friends and family to a fast-expanding successful company with more clients than they ever dreamt of.

Adenike and Toyin are passionate about clothes and dedicated to quality and excellence in their work. They are bright, confident and have a history filled with experience in the fashion industry. Their history in fashion dates back to Nigeria where they actually started by making outfits for musicians and artistes most especially for the Nigerian Music Awards and similar events. Adenike graduated from University of Lagos, in Nigeria, where she studied creative arts. She went on to study Film and costume making in Poland and then Footwear Design and Accessories in the famous Cordwainas college of London. On the other hand Toyin, who started as a self-taught designer, graduated with a BSc Economics from the Lagos State University also in Nigeria.

’Denike O’Shine is in a class of their own with an exotic out of Africa flavour, they transform fashion into desire with an emphasis on extravagance and sassy style. Their clothes provide sheer luxury with dresses in satin, organza, velvet, French lace and silk.

Summer 2001 saw the introduction of their Bridal Line. This was introduced with the modern bride in mind. Their Bridal line guarantees not only comfort but also elegance that most brides so much desire on their wedding day. Their designs bring together glamour, adaptability and affordability. With the use of Rich, Sensuous, Exclusive and delicate fabrics, a lot of Hand-beading as well as carefully tailored outfits and to top it off extreme TLC, you definitely can’t go wrong with ‘Denike O’shine.

In addition to the clothes collection, a section of the shop is dedicated to designer ready-to-wear and made-to-order hats, headpieces and Tiara’s. These up market and stylish pieces are created to complete any special occasion ranging from weddings, cocktail parties to outings to Ascot.

’Denike O’Shine’s unique accessories can transform an outfit: exotic and colour rich: every piece is a talking point; most items are one-off so you will never be embarrassed at a party again. The beading, sequins and Swarovski crystals adorn their classic handmade creations.
