Ndidi Dike

Ndidi is synonymous with carved cloth and embellished cylindrical staffs which bear recognisable design and patterns of Adinkra, Aso-Oke, Akwete, Kente and Ivorian raffia clothes.
Ndidi who is a sculptor and specialist in mixed media painting has a Diploma in Music from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and later a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Applied Arts in 1984.
She has commenced on a totem-pole project wherein she is exploring their future and modern applications. Totems and signposts is a brave incursion into a multi-contextual ethnological significance.
