Savannah Bank- Lost in the Political Savannah

It is no news say CBN don give Savannah Bank red card, but the thing wey dey puzzle us be the Politics behind the whole issue.
The officials of the bank don come out to say, that the withdrawal of their banking licence and taking over of their banking premises by both CBN and Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) has some political undertones to it and has accused some senior government officials of vendetta and vindictiveness.

Which kind wahala be this again? Wetin concern politician and government officials with the liquidation of bank?
May be some of these people beg the bank for loan and dem no grant them, but the oga for Savannah bank say some of this government officials see the bank as a lost estate that must be regained either by hook or crook.
The thing wey dey baffle us be say if these allegations be true, then shame on CBN and NDIC, because for them to act in this way then there must be some crooks in their fold too. Well my fellow Nigerian, I pity those ordinary Nigerians like you and me wey get money for Savannah Bank. I hope una remember Forum Saving and Loan Scheme.
