No be Policemen alone dey chop from this FRSC generosity o even Soldier wey suppose dey duty for barrack dey arrest drivers without seat belt. Wetin concern dem? For Ikeja Cantonment last week one soldier arrested one of the okada men wey dey carry passenger for the Cantonment's gate becos oga soldier no get enough money to pay for okada ride and okada no gree make oga go so the following conversation ensued between them:

Soldier: "If you no collect this 5 naira now I go arrest you"
Okada man: "Na lie you no fit arrest me becos I no commit any offence. Abeg pay me my money, na 15 naira shikena!"(Inside barrack? Na wa o)
Soldier: "Ok, you are under arrest for not using your seat belt while driving thereby endangering your life and most importantly my own life"
Okada man: "Ah! Oga, okada no dey use seat belt na helmet we dey use and I use one and I gave you one wey you use when I carry you"
Soldier: "So you don become engineer now wey know wetin okada fit get abi? Na you manufacture this okada? How many years the okada be sef before you buy am? I am sure its over five years old and government don ban importation of anything wey don pass five years. So I go seize this okada until we finish our investigation"
Okada man: "Ok oga I no go collect the money again you can go abeg just let me go"
Soldier: "No you no dey go anywhere. Infact I will pay your money now with extra for wasting your time but I go seize this okada"
After much begging from the okada man's colleague oga soldier allowed him to go but he no pay anything. (Una no see how the hunter became the hunted)
