No be say we no dey patriotic, we are only saying and pray that God will make us to be a better country.

At the recently concluded World Travel Market, there were over 190 countries showcasing the Tourism strenght of their including Nigeria. Visiting each stand, gives you the feel of the country, what each country has to offer, the cultural background and the best of all were the great hospitality provided by most stands in terms of menu menu and drinks FOC.

In African section the presentation and hospitality portraying the rich good culture of Africa was great. Our neighbours Ghana had dancers and served their kenke, the same with Saro and Gambia and trust the East/South Africans, you go think say na Safari you dey

But come Naija stand, as usual it was unbelievable, our stand was just very bare, no cultural dancers, no musicians even common Guguru and Epa or Dankua e no dey to serve, talkless of palm wine.

But one thing wey Naija people never disappoint is our ability to take advantage of situations when it comes to business. For Naija stand, one oyinbo wan buy one of the artworks and come ask for the price, my brothers & sisters, the next thing wey the mummy from Ministry of Tourism for Abuja, dressed in Iro & Buba but with thickest Sweater underneath like Baba Suwe talk be that how much be your BUDGET, when the oyinbo talk say na £20, our mummy say make she bring money. I bet the artwork no even reach N100 for market.

Instead of trying promote Naija’s tourism, na business we dey do, only God knows how much dem collect for estacode to come do dem own business here becos we believe say those artworks na mummy’s personal investment, she just take advantage.
