Traffic Warden (Yellow Fever) Version

This one happen for Iyana Ipaja round about. Na during rush hour in the morning and there are four traffic wardens on duty so that traffic go flow easily. After some time one of them sighted one driver wey dey driver his Volkswagen Beatle without seat belt na so oga yellow fever jump in front of the car and stopped the driver. Na the thing wey happen between them be this:

Yellow Fever: "Park! Park!! Park!!! You dey block the road, I say park well well" Driver: "Wetin happen, oga yellow"?
Yellow Fever: "Na me you dey call yellow? Anyway why you no use your seat belt"?
Driver: "Na the seat belt I just buy wey I wan go fix for my panel beater place down the road"?
Yellow Fever: "So if anything happen before you get there wetin you go do? Well I no wan hear any story, you are under arrest, lets go to the station".(Oga Yellow entered the car)
Driver (Angrily): "Are you not a traffic warden? You no get any right to arrest. Your job is to direct traffic. So comot for my car before I rough handle you"

The traffic warden sensing say this 'customer' no go dey easy told one of his colleagues to help him call one police man wey dey nearby make he come help him arrest the stubborn driver. This na the thing wey happen between the policeman and the second traffic warden:
Yellow Fever 2: "Oga sir we need your help over there"
Policeman: "To do what? You no see say I dey busy"? (OC too dey involve with one Mercedes Benz driver wey no use seat belt)
Yellow Fever 2: "Na one driver we arrest wey no use seat belt he come say we no get right to arrest him as wey be traffic warden so we wan make you come help us arrest him"
Policeman: "Una no know before say una no fit arrest people? Anyway na which kind car he dey drive"?

Yellow Fever 2: "Na Volkswagen sir"
Policeman (Excitedly): "Na new model"?
Yellow Fever 2: "No na the old model"
Policeman (Hissed): "See yaself. How that kind person go fit "drop something" wey tangible. Na so so grammar that kind person go dey blow. No wonder he dey quote law for una. Look me I no get time for that one now, this one wey I don hook so go drop something and I no fit leave am. If una fit hold him until I finish here I will see wetin I fit do. You hear!"
Yellow Fever 2: "Yes Sir!"
Policeman: "Oya carry on"
When the yellow fever get back and told his colleague wetin the policeman said he just take style tell the man "I will release you becos na rush hour we dey and I get better things to do, you better go now before I change my mind" Shakara!!!
