African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust recently celebrated their 8th successful year as a registered charity organisation in grand style by holding a Fundraising Ball at the exclusive Inter-Continental Hotel Hyde Park Corner in London.

The aim of the Organisation is to create awareness and increase the number of black and mixed parentage people on the UK Bone Marrow Register, against all known cultural and religious reasons, in order to help other individuals who urgently need the Gift of Life.

The event started with 3 course meal dinner, then followed by auction where thousands of pounds were raised for the good cause, then was rounded up with an after dinner party till about four o clock in the morning.

There were lots of celebrities to grace the occasion such as Audley Harrison, Jazzie B, Richard Blackwood, Baroness Valerie Amos and many more.
