VIRGIN FLIES TO LAGOS FROM JULY!
Virgin Atlantic Airline, announced the commencement of its flights to Lagos, Nigeria, by holding a press conference at the residence of the Nigerian High Commissioner 'Abuja House'.
The Chairman of Virgin Richard Branson, expressed his gratitude for being given the opportunity to fly the Nigeria route, which has been monopolized by British Airways for so many years.
In his speech, he said he looks forward to working closely with Nigeria and promised to have Nigerians in the cabin crew. He urged Nigerians not to expect Tuwo, Akpu, Fufu and Amala at present, but they would be introduced in the nearest future, also Nigerian news and Movies will be watched on the flight.
He promised that in the next 3-6 months, Virgin will have up to 60% Nigerians handling customer services, due to
the poor customer service that passengers have experienced with other airlines. He also hopes to accept credit cards.

 

The 'Virgin' flight is on the 16th of July 2001 from London Heathrow.
